Mr. Shawn F. Smith is President and CEO of Innovative Creative Packaging Solutions. He has more than 15 years experience in the printing and packaging industry with over 10 years in senior management roles including: National Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, President and CEO. He has a successful track record in Sales and Marketing and continues to lead Innovative into rapid growth and solid profits.

Before joining Innovative as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2000, he spent four years with Centis Custom Packaging located in California as their National Sales Manager. He also was with Vulcan Information Packaging located in Alabama for five years prior to joining Centis as a Regional Sales Manager for the entire East Coast of the United States. At both companies, Mr. Smith was instrumental in growing market share and developing new business that contributed to the overall growth and profits of both organizations. He has represented companies in negotiations for contracts with overseas companies as well as Mexico. He was promoted to President and CEO at Innovative in 2002.

Mr. Smith received a Bachelors of Science degree from Nyack College in Business Management/Marketing. He also has attended the Wharton School of Business in their Executive Business program. His hobbies include the New York Yankees and traveling. He resides in Monroe, New York with his wife and two daughters. Mr. Smith is a member of the CEO Club, IOPP, NACDS, The Metropolitan Registry, and the Kodak Packaging Council.

Mr. Robert A. St. Pierre is Chief Financial Officer of Innovative Creative Packaging Solutions. He has been with the Company for the past two years and has over twenty years experience in senior financial management primarily in the generic/specialty pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. St. Pierre began his career in public accounting in Bethesda, Maryland where he earned his CPA certification.  Since that time he has guided United Research Labs, Marsam Pharmaceuticals and Vela Pharmaceuticals through challenging growth and cash management environments. Mr. St. Pierre earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton where he graduated with Cum Laude honors, and currently resides in Central New Jersey with his family.

Mr. Phillip M. Naidrich is the Vice President of Sales of Innovative Creative Packaging Solutions. He has been with Innovative for the past 14 years and has steadily progressed through the organization. In 1992 a Sales Assistant, 1993 Account Executive, 1996 National Accounts Manager, then promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2004. His sales portfolio has been built to in excess of $15,000,000.

Mr. Naidrich graduated from LIU/CW Post where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree as well played Division I baseball. Since then Mr. Naidrich has attended various Sales and Executive Management Seminars including “Managing People for Maximum Performance” at Harvard University. He and his wife have two children and currently reside in the Central New Jersey area. Mr. Naidrich is a member of the IOPP as well as the NACDS.
